FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is SLEEV?
SLEEV is a disposable, pre-lubricated male pleasure sleeve designed for single-use solo play. Each SLEEV is individually sealed in a discreet pouch, so there's no need to add lubricant or clean a toy after use. It's made from body-safe TPE and sold in packs of 3, 6, or 15.
What is a pleasure sleeve?
A pleasure sleeve is a type of male pleasure toy. It's in the same category as traditional strokers, pocket pussies, pussy cushions, etc. except that the pleasure sleeve is much thinner, while still providing ample sensation.
How is SLEEV different from a traditional stroker or pocket pussy?
Traditional strokers are reusable, which means they require lubricant before each session and need to be washed and dried after. They're also typically bulky and harder to store discreetly. SLEEV is thin enough to fit in a pocket, arrives pre-lubricated, and is disposed of after a single use — no prep, no cleanup, no storage problem.
How do I use a SLEEV?
Tear open the resealable pouch, remove the protective film from the SLEEV, slide it on, and dispose of it when you're done. No lubricant or prep work is needed.
Who makes SLEEV?
SLEEV was developed by a founder with a background in medical device engineering after three years of iteration and customer feedback. SLEEV is an independent US-based company.
Oh, so it's like a condom?
It might look like a condom, but no, it's not intended for intercourse, only hand-play. The difference between SLEEV and a condom is that the SLEEV is thicker, softer, and textured on the inside surface. SLEEV is designed to make the penis feel good.
Can I use a SLEEV more than once?
You can if you really want to. However, please keep in mind that the SLEEV is designed for one-time use, so we cannot guarantee the physical characteristics of the SLEEV such as the material integrity, consistency, and performance.
Can this product be used in sexual intercourse?
Each Sleev is made from body-safe materials, however the product has not been tested or approved for sexual intercourse. It is intended for hand-play only.
Can SLEEV be used with a partner?
Yes. SLEEV can be used for hand-stimulation during couples play. It is not designed or approved for intercourse.
Can I add more lubricant to a SLEEV?
Yes. You can add water-based lubricant if you prefer extra glide. Avoid silicone-based and oil-based lubricants, as these can degrade TPE and don't always mix well with the water-based lubricant already inside.
Can SLEEV be used in the shower?
Definitely, just note that warm running water could rinse the pre-applied lubricant out of the sleeve, so make sure the sealing rim of the sleeve is set tightly around your shaft.
Can SLEEV help with stamina or edging training?
Yes. Many customers use SLEEV for stamina and edging practice. Because each unit is pre-lubricated and disposable, it's a low-friction way to add stamina work to a routine without the prep and cleanup that comes with reusable toys. Also, the added sensation from from the SLEEV will only elevate your training, when compared to say, using just your hand.
Is SLEEV good for people with sensitive skin or rough hands?
Yes. SLEEV's soft TPE interior is gentler than hand-only stimulation, which makes it popular with people who have callused hands — weight lifters, manual laborers, climbers — or with anyone who finds dry friction uncomfortable. Also, SLEEV was designed to provide physical stimulation without it being overbearing like of the other products on the market.
What is SLEEV made of?
SLEEV is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), a soft, flexible, skin-like material widely used in body-safe sex toys and medical devices. It contains no phthalates, no BPA, and no latex.
Is TPE safe for the body?
Yes. TPE is hypoallergenic and is one of the most common materials used in body-safe intimate products. SLEEV's TPE is phthalate-free and BPA-free.
Is SLEEV latex-free?
Yes. SLEEV contains no latex and is safe for users with latex allergies.
What kind of lubricant is pre-applied inside SLEEV?
SLEEV is pre-coated with a water-based, glycerin-free, fragrance-free lubricant that is skin-safe and designed to maintain glide for a full session.
Can I be allergic to SLEEV?
SLEEV is made with hypoallergenic, body-safe materials and is free of common irritants like phthalates, BPA, and latex. As with any intimate product, discontinue use if you experience irritation, and consult a doctor if it persists.
I am well endowed. Will Sleev fit me?
Most likely. Sleev is very flexible and can stretch over 3x it's natural size. We've tested it on 10" dildos and were able to cover all of it.
I am on the smaller end of penis size. Will the SLEEV still feel good?
Absolutely. The SLEEV feels as tight as you can grip it. Also, it's tapered at the opening end in order to ensure a tight seal around your penis, even if it is thinner than average.
How long does an unopened SLEEV last?
An unopened SLEEV will last about 1 year, depending on the ambient temperature. If the SLEEV is stored in temperatures higher than average room temperature, the shelf life is reduced. When a SLEEV "expires", the only thing that happens is that the lube gets dried up - it is still safe to use, it just may need some extra lubricant.
How should I store SLEEV?
Store SLEEVs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. The sealed pouch protects the material and keeps the pre-applied lubricant fresh until you're ready to use it.
How do I dispose of a used SLEEV?
Roll up the used SLEEV, place it back in the resealable pouch, seal the pouch, and throw it in the trash. The pouch is designed to contain everything cleanly, including odor.
Is SLEEV flushable?
No. Do not flush SLEEV. The TPE material will not break down in water and can damage plumbing.
Is SLEEV recyclable or biodegradable?
No, not yet. We are working on a biodegradable version, so stay tuned by signing up for our email updates!
Can I travel with SLEEV?
Yes. Each SLEEV is sealed in a slim, discreet pouch roughly the size of a condom wrapper. It fits easily in a pocket, toiletry bag, or carry-on.
Is SLEEV TSA-friendly?
Yes. SLEEV is permitted in both carry-on and checked luggage on domestic US flights. The small amount of pre-applied lubricant inside the sealed pouch falls well under the TSA 3.4-ounce liquid limit.
Will my order arrive discreetly?
Yes. All SLEEV orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no branding, product name, or product description visible on the exterior.
How will SLEEV appear on my credit card statement?
If paying directly with a credit card, it will just say "sleev". If paying through PayPal or another pay service, it might include the name of the service as well.
Is the SLEEV packaging itself discreet?
Yes. The pouch is intentionally minimalist, with no graphic imagery or explicit labeling, so it can be carried in a pocket, wallet, or bag without drawing attention. The branded boxes that the sleeves are packaged in only have our logo on it, and that is all.
How is the SLEEV different from competitors?
The SLEEV is one of the few male strokers that is thin and discreet enough to fit nicely in your pocket. It's cheap enough to toss away when you're finished, instead of having to wash and dry every time. The most unique feature of SLEEV is the lubricant, which is already coated inside of the SLEEV so you don't have to add any. Just open it up and go! SLEEV is great for everyday use, but it is exceptional at being a portable solution for elevating your pleasure.
How does SLEEV compare to Fleshlight and other reusable strokers?
Reusable strokers like Fleshlight deliver more total sessions per dollar over their lifetime but require lubricant for every use, thorough washing and drying after every use, and discreet storage of a large object. SLEEV trades long-term cost-per-use for zero prep, zero cleanup, and pocket-sized portability. Many customers use both — a reusable at home and SLEEV for travel or spontaneous use.
How does SLEEV compare to the Tenga Egg?
Tenga Eggs are also single-use and pocket-sized, but they require the user to add lubricant before use. SLEEV arrives pre-lubricated, so there's nothing to prepare. Also, the Tenga Eggs are much more bulky and typically won't fit nicely in your pocket. Lastly, SLEEV is also typically priced lower per unit.
Are there cheaper disposable strokers?
SLEEV is priced at $3–$5 per unit depending on pack size, which is among the lowest in the disposable pleasure category. Cheaper options exist but typically lack pre-applied lubricant, body-safe material certifications, or both.
Do you ship internationally (outside of the US)?
Not yet.
How much does SLEEV cost?
SLEEV is sold in three pack sizes: 3 sleeves for $14.99 ($5 each), 6 sleeves for $24.99 ($4.17 each), and 15 sleeves for $44.99 ($3 each). Subscribers save an additional 10%.
How long does shipping take?
If choosing the standard shipping option, shipping typically takes about 3 - 7 days. We offer expedited shipping as well, which usually takes about 2 - 3 days.
What is SLEEV's return policy?
SLEEV offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. Because of the intimate nature of the product, opened SLEEVs are not eligible for return. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at customersupport@sleev.co, and we will make it right.
Can I buy SLEEV on Amazon?
Yes. SLEEV is available on Amazon.com in addition to sleev.co. The biggest difference is that when buying directly from us, you get dedicated support, while if you order through Amazon, you typically deal directly with Amazon for any needed support. Also, sometimes there are discounts on sleev.co that aren't offered on Amazon (make sure to subscribe to our emails!).
How does the Subscribe and Save option work?
Subscribers receive a pack of SLEEVs every month at 10% off the one-time price. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no commitment.
